These powerful online sessions are for individuals ready to begin or deepen their self-healing journey. Held by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators, JAX Virtual Healings work directly with your energy body and nervous system to release stagnant patterns, stored tension, and unresolved trauma, without needing to leave your home.
What is a JAX Virtual Healing?
Our virtual sessions are live, online transmissions of intensified life-force energy—facilitated through Kundalini activation, somatic release, and energy healing. While each session is different, they’re all designed to regulate your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and support deep personal transformation.
These are not passive classes or meditations—they are immersive energy experiences that work directly with your subconscious, body memory, and emotional landscape.
How Online Energy Healing Works?
Energy isn’t limited by time or space. Just like a phonecall allows us to feel connected across continents,energy work travels through the quantum field—beyond the physical—directly interacting with yourenergy body and nervous system.

The Flow of a Virtual Session
Each JAX Energetics session follows a carefully held,trauma-informed structure:
1. Opening & Embodiment Practice
We begin by arriving in the body through a gentle embodiment and breathwork practice to open the energy channels and ground the nervous system.
2. Energy Transmission + Bodywork
You'll lie down in a quiet, uninterrupted space while music plays. The energy begins to move, flowing through your system and interacting with your body’s innate intelligence. Spontaneous movements, emotional release, or stillness may occur. Our facilitators also guide remote energetic bodywork to support the flow.
3. Integration & Closing Circle
We close with a guided embodiment practice, followed by asharing circle for those who wish to speak, and access to ourcurated JAX Integration Library—a powerful resource tocontinue your healing process post-session.
What You’ll Need

Use a laptop or a large-screen device
Camera must remain ON throughout the session
Spotify Premium required (no ads)
Two devices preferred (Zoom on one, Spotify on the other)
Ensure both are charged or plugged in

Quiet, private area where you won’t be disturbed
Yoga mat or a bed to lie down on
Water, tissues, blankets, incense, or anything that supports your comfort

No coffee 4 hours before
No alcohol or recreational drugs
Eat lightly (or fast) for optimal energetic sensitivity
Log on a few minutes early to the ground

Virtual Healing Sessions Run On:
Mondays, Tuesdays, alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
2 hours on Zoom

Each facilitator brings their own lived experience and energetic signature, ensuring every session is held with integrity, depth, and care
Aftercare & Integration
Integration is where the healing deepens. After your session, give yourself space to land, reflect, and recalibrate. You may feel raw, expanded, energised, or emotional.

These sessions are trauma-informed but not a replacement for medical care. If you have a psychiatric history (e.g. bipolar disorder, psychosis), please consult with your therapist and seek clearance before attending.

No experience is necessary. These sessions meet you exactly where you are.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance by using the link in your confirmation email.
