These powerful online sessions are for individuals ready to begin or deepen their self-healing journey. Held by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators, JAX Virtual Healings work directly with your energy body and nervous system to release stagnant patterns, stored tension, and unresolved trauma, without needing to leave your home.

Inside a JAX Virtual Healing Session

JAX Virtual Healing sessions are live, online experiences that work with the body's energy system to support emotional release, somatic regulation, and deep energetic transformation. Each session combines breathwork, body-based awareness, and intentional energy transmission to activate and move life-force energy through the body.

This process helps regulate the nervous system, dissolve energetic blocks, and support the processing of stored emotion or trauma. You may experience physical sensations, emotional shifts, spontaneous movement, or deep rest as your body responds to the energy and begins to self-organise toward healing.

Every session is different because your body leads the way. Our role is to create a safe, attuned container that allows your innate intelligence to do what it knows how to do—release, repair, and restore balance. Whether you join us from home or on retreat, this method meets you where you are and invites real change from the inside out.


How Online Energy Healing Works?


Energy is not limited by time or space. Just as a phone call connects us across continents, energy work flows through the quantum field and interacts directly with your energy body and nervous system.

Whether you are lying on the floor in Bali or sitting in your bedroom in Berlin, the energy moves through you in the way your system is ready to receive. Your role is simply to surrender, feel, and allow.

The Flow of a Virtual Session


Each JAX Virtual Healing session is held within a carefully designed, trauma-informed structure that supports deep energetic release, nervous system repair, and lasting transformation. The process gently guides you back into your body, helping you unravel stored emotion, complete unfinished trauma cycles, and dissolve energetic blockages that may have been shaping your life beneath the surface.

1. Arrival & Embodiment Practice

We begin by grounding into the body. Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, and gentle movement, you’ll open your energy pathways and create the safety your system needs to let go. This practice calms the nervous system and lays the foundation for what follows: the release of suppressed energy, the processing of old experiences, and the integration of new clarity.

2. Energy Transmission & Somatic Bodywork

You’ll then be guided into a receptive state while lying down in a quiet space. Music and verbal guidance support you in softening, while a live transmission of intensified life-force energy flows through your system. This energy meets you exactly where you are, helping surface what is ready to be seen, felt, and released.

Your body may respond through movement, sound, waves of emotion, or deep stillness. At the same time, our trained facilitators engage in remote somatic and energetic bodywork, supporting your field in clearing, recalibration, and completion.

This process may open into:

  • Releasing suppressed energy – moving out what the body has been holding on to

  • Trauma cycle completion – allowing the nervous system to finish what was once interrupted

  • Energetic cord release – letting go of ties and patterns that keep you stuck

  • Ancestral healing – softening inherited imprints carried in the body and energy field

  • Inner child repair – reconnecting with and integrating younger parts of self

  • Emotional unwinding – freeing grief, fear, anger, or sadness that has been stored in the body

3. Integration & Closing

We end with a guided practice to help regulate and integrate what’s moved. A closing circle is held for those who wish to share or reflect in community. After the session, you’ll receive access to our JAX Integration Library a curated online resource filled with embodiment practices, emotional processing tools, nervous system support, and post-session guidance to help deepen and sustain your healing.

This method speaks to the intelligence of your entire system—emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual—while respecting your pace, capacity, and readiness. Healing unfolds organically, and we are here to hold it with precision, presence, and care.

What You’ll Need

    • Use a laptop or a large-screen device

    • Camera must remain ON throughout the session

    • Spotify Premium required (no ads)

    • Two devices preferred (Zoom on one, Spotify on the other)

    • Ensure both are charged or plugged in

    • Quiet, private area where you won’t be disturbed

    • Yoga mat or a bed to lie down on

    • Water, tissues, blankets, incense, or anything that supports your comfort

    • No coffee 4 hours before

    • No alcohol or recreational drugs

    • Eat lightly (or fast) for optimal energetic sensitivity

    • Log on a few minutes early to the ground

Weekly Schedule & Facilitators

Virtual Healing Sessions Run On:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

  • 2 hours on Zoom

  • Facilitated by our experienced trauma-informed team:

Each facilitator brings their own lived experience and energetic signature, ensuring every session is held with integrity, depth, and care

Aftercare & Integration

Integration is where the healing deepens. After your session, give yourself space to land, reflect, and recalibrate. You may feel raw, expanded, energised, or emotional.

Support your process by:

  • Hydrating well

  • Resting or sleeping deeply

  • Journaling what surfaced

  • Taking a walk in nature

  • Using our Integration Library

  • Avoiding social media or overstimulation

  • Yes. The energy body is not bound by physical space. Hundreds of clients across the globe have experienced real, lasting shifts through our online sessions.

  • Even when you feel "nothing," the energy is working. Stillness, subtle awareness, or resistance can all be part of the process. Trust what unfolds.

  • These sessions are trauma-informed but not a replacement for medical care. If you have a psychiatric history (e.g. bipolar disorder, psychosis), please consult with your therapist and seek clearance before attending.

  • No experience is necessary. These sessions meet you exactly where you are.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance by using the link in your confirmation email.
