Becoming a Kundalini Activation Facilitator: What JAX Training Actually Involves

For those drawn to energy work, there often comes a point where practicing for yourself is no longer enough. A pull begins toward holding this work for others. If that pull feels familiar, here is exactly what becoming a certified JAX Kundalini Activation Facilitator involves, the real format, the real timeline, and the real investment.

A six to eight month journey, not a weekend certificate

Unlike many energy work certifications built around a single weekend, JAX's Trauma Informed Kundalini Activation Facilitator Training runs across six to eight months. Learning to hold Kundalini activation safely for other people takes real time, and the timeline reflects that directly.

The program moves through four stages. It opens with a mandatory embodiment phase, uncapped virtual healing sessions held live four times a week, to attune your own energy and prepare your nervous system for the depth of this work. From there, you complete nine theory based modules through a self paced digital course. Only once that foundation is built do you move into a six day in person intensive at JAX Healing Retreat in Uluwatu, Bali, followed by ongoing monthly facilitator circles and co facilitation opportunities once certified.

What the nine modules actually cover

The curriculum runs deep. You will study the foundations of trauma informed practice, including fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses in the context of energy work. You will explore energy anatomy and Kundalini principles, chakras, meridians, and the torus field. You will learn bodywork and somatic therapies, including acupressure points and trauma informed touch, alongside breathwork techniques, shadow work, and the practical skills of facilitating trauma informed healing, before ever stepping onto the mat as a facilitator yourself.

Who this training is actually for

This is a genuine prerequisite, not an entry level introduction to energy work. Applicants must be eighteen or older, and must have completed a minimum of five individual Jax Energetics sessions, either online or in person, before applying. You should already be practicing as some form of space holder, whether that is yoga, holistic healing, or another energy modality, and should arrive with your own foundation of inner work already in place, since this training moves you from student to facilitator.

Every application is reviewed individually, and cohorts are kept intentionally small, no more than ten to twelve participants per in person intensive. Not everyone who applies is accepted. Holding Kundalini activation safely for others is a genuine responsibility, and screening protects both future facilitators and the people they will eventually serve.

What the training actually costs

The course fee is 4,000 USD, covering full access to all nine online modules, uncapped virtual healing sessions throughout the six to eight month embodiment phase, the six day in person intensive, comprehensive manuals and workbooks, supervised mentorship, an ongoing facilitator community, and certification as a Trauma Informed Kundalini Activation Facilitator. Accommodation and meals for the in person intensive at JAX Healing Retreat are an additional 380 USD for those staying on site. Graduates also receive professional marketing photos and video captured by JAX's in house team, to support the launch of their own practice.

Why the structure matters

Facilitating Kundalini activation for others carries real weight. Energy work can bring up powerful emotional and physical responses, and a facilitator without genuine nervous system literacy can unintentionally overwhelm someone rather than support them. The length of this program, the prerequisite sessions, and the small cohort sizes exist for the same reason, to make sure every graduate holds this work from a place of real embodiment rather than theory alone.

Is this training right for you

If you already sense the pull toward this path, the clearest next step is simple. Attend a session, whether through Jax Virtual Healing or in person at a retreat, and let your own nervous system show you whether this work is calling you forward.
